Delivery Policy

After we receive the order from you, our delivery team will then log into the appropriate game and contact the character specified on the order form. If you are available in game and the trade can be fulfilled soon. Usually, the process time of delivery is within 30min.

You also can choose the delivery time you want while you are placing the order.

If our delivery team is unable to make contact, an e-mail will be sent to the contact address provided. You may reply to this e-mail or log onto our live chat to verify the status of your delivery. If no email is in your inbox, feel free to log onto our live chat window and speak with one of our customer service representatives to confirm everything is alright with your order.

(1)Your E-check is still not cleared yet. It can take up to a 4 business day for the funds to be cleared. Delivery will be made after payment has cleared.

(2)Insufficient or wrong information is provided. For example, you did not include your in-game character name or you gave the wrong name or wrong server. Delivery can only be made until the right information is given.
